Fix and Affix is a family owned business, based in New Berlin, WI.

Joe Loduha, owner and operator, has more than three decades of experience in property management, most specifically maintenance. In addition he has worked in a variety of the trades, giving him perspective on most household repairs and tasks.

After Joe graduated from Marquette University High School and UW-La Crosse, he worked for Northwestern Mutual’s corporate office as an underwriter. “I like to think that the skills I learned in my ten years at Northwestern Mutual have given me an edge over my competitors. I focus on clear communication, punctuality and owning my task... however big or small.”

 

Joe and his wife Meg met while attending Marquette High and Divine Savior high schools. They live in West Allis, WI with their four small children and two dogs. They spend much of their leisure time at their cabin in the Wisconsin Northwoods.
